Hey, folks. Jake here from metro Atlanta.
My wife's PCX125 had set up in the garage for about a year. I brought it out this spring and tried to start it. Dead. Horn and lights worked but couldn't hear the fuel pump start. Turns out the kill (stop engine) switch was shot. Replaced and it started right up.
Hope this helps someone.
Edited: 4.27.21 WN- added to topic heading. Thank you,... and Welcome Jake from Atlanta

That happened to me but I was 40 miles away from home. Got a paper clip shorted the switch and rode home.

Found this on google when I had the same problem - kill switch at first would intermittently/randomly activate, killing the engine. Flicking it once or twice would re-prime the fuel pump and get me going, but eventually it died completely. Replaced just the switch for about $12 and it's working perfectly.

Well.....Jake and the rest of you who commented........a Huge Thank You. Been dragging my feet on fixing the PCX, since I have the Forza to use.
When you said the fuel pump didn't sound but didn't mention if the mil light came on....figured I'd go flip the kill switch on my Forza to see what did or
didn't happen, when turning the key on. Bingo..... no fuel pump sound or mil light. Went ahead and did the paperclip "fix" on the PCX and it all
worked just fine! Previously thought I might need an ECM Surely appreciate ..........hope it helps someone else. Just ordered the switch.
