I did the sit test

Went in and checked if my FF helmet fits, and it does, just barely.
I also took the time to sit for a time and that damn hump hits me right on my crushed disk.
So I know I will be replacing the seat, does anyone have any input on this one?

I have looked at the PowerbyPCX stuff of course, but this seems easier as I don't need to import, etc.
Anyone know this one?

I have used cab before. It took a while as the part I wanted (a chrome trim) but when it came into stock didn't take that long and it was of good quality. I live in the UK by the way so it may be different if your in the US.

So did your black PCX arrive at BVH? My FF helmet barely fits under the seat too but I've been using the cable that comes with the scooter and hanging it on the hook.

They are getting me one as we type.
I know I can use the lock, I am wondering if the seat changeover will make that mandatory. If anyone has this particular seat, please chime in.
I am not out of pocket much if it is not comfortable, and I may still end up going to PBPCX for a seat, but seeing as this is my only "major" issue I just cannot wait.
I will be using it daily for about a 4 mile round trip for work and it will do nicely!
3 weeks folks. I will have pics and grins.

Next week I am walking in with cash and leaving with a PCX 150. I am also already ordering me a seat,[maybe 2, I may give Powerbypcx some cash.] and contemplating the windscreen issue.
I want to break her in gently so I shouldn't need a windscreen until I am past the 600 mile point I hope.
The wait has been killing me though, all I see around me now are folks riding and enjoying the weather and here I sit.
Also, I keep seeing craigslist postings trying to tempt me away from the PCX, and I know better but teasing me isn't helping!
This Forum has helped me stay the course and convince myself that Honda is the way to go forward.
Thanks guys!

Well, I am 6 feet tall, and I have broad shoulders so I expect from things I have read here that I may get a certain amount of buffeting once at speed.
But yeah, not going to worry about it now, just want to ride again! 5 weeks now since my BMS scoot died.....
ARRRGGGGhhhhh! The waiting!

Well.
A dream denied.
Couldn't get things together as I had planned, so the PCX is going to have to wait.
This is a big suck, but the plus side is perhaps the Forza release will drop the PCX 150 price a bit, or there will be a slightly used one available when folks opt fot the Forza.
As it stands now, I have a 260cc chinese POS that I will use until I can get a real scooter.
Going for my MOT class tomorrow so at least I'll be ready on that front.

Sorry to hear things fell through. Hopefully it works out in the not so distant future. If it does, here's another source for seats. Like Cab, Noiwatdan is in Thailand, so shipping should be the same. I'm fortunate enough to be living in Bangkok so I went directly to their shop.

Here's a pic of one I got from them. I'm just a little over 6 feet tall and 215 pounds (13.4 stone) and it fits me great.

Nice! Thank you for that, I will be dealing with the seat issue one way or the other for sure.
Now I get to learn just what kind of junker this yz260c-t is........

Its usually cheaper to redo the seat yourself or take it to a local auto or marine trim shop and have them do it. Mine was done a couple of days after getting my PCX. Took the trimmer an hour or so in between his big jobs. Make sure he also cuts out the plastic hump mount lumps, plenty of pics elsewhere on this forum.
