Maintenance SH vs. PCX (panel removal)

Currently I have a PCX and have been doing all my maintenance myself for the past 4 years in which I collected around 40 000 kms on the odometer.
While the PCX is still going strong I am looking into getting an SH125i.
Biggest issue I have with the PCX is panel removal for anything involving maintenance - how difficult is this on the SH?
For example valve clearance check/adjustment itself takes perhaps 15 minutes while body panel removal is easily 2 hrs (at least with the PCX). Another example, now I need to replace the steering bearings on my PCX, and probably body panel removal will take up most of the time again.
So the question: less panels and/or easier to remove ?? (for example to take of the front side cover I do not have to start at the back of the bike ?
).
Thanks in advance!!
