how to avoid getting hairline scratches and minimal dents of the fairings in PCX 160 ?

I've found it easier to avoid scratches and dents when I keep my bikes up-right and away from walls, other vehicles, and trees.
All joking aside, the finish on the PCX is pretty durable.
But unless the bike is bubble-wrapped, things will happen.
No after-market protection, I'm aware of, can overcome the damage caused by beating and banging into hard objects.

The entire bike is plastic, it doesn't dent, does it?

Only way to protect it is if you wrap it in clear bra. Shop will probably charge you like a grand given the complexity.
