PCX 125 2023

Hi,

I have a few questions:

Is it normal for pcx to need full transmission replacement after 6000km from new? At 6000km I had appointed service (warranty required), after which I was told that the belt was in very bad shape thus replaced, also rollers and sliders are almost done too...

Also, I have problem with a noise which can be heard when engine is rather cold and you just start to ride. It sounds like Rtttttttttttttttt when I throttle up. I don't hear too much of it when engine is warmed up.

Also when I drive arround 50km/h i hear high pitched rattle which goes quiet when i let the throttle off and reappears when I again throttle up.

Also when pcx is idling you can hear unconsistent ringing/squeaking sound. You can also hear it in above video.

I wouldn't make a problem if it was right from the start, but those weird appeared.

In the authorized service point, they don't see any problem...

For rollers and belt to go bad in 3700 miles is a little on the earlier side but its not completely crazy. Plus it's probably less than $200 which is not bad for preventative maintenance.

As for all the other noises, hard to pin point. Given you are taking the bike to get serviced, have them see if they can track it down. I wouldn't doubt it's a loose bolt or something simple.
