My Honda pcx hybrid 2021 model
Assist charge and the battery bar blinking without any Obd issue

Is it a battery issue or somthing else. Is anyone out here who can help in this

You'll probably get limited information from those of US on the Forum.
There was no 2021 PCX 125 in the US... and we've never seen a "hybrid charge assist PCX".
