ADV 150 outside temperature not working

On the bike’s info panel, I can no longer set the display to show outside temperature. Any suggestions?
Sounds ob but have you gone through all the settings pushing the left hand button I.e battery volts, trip A, trip B etc as it only shoes up on one setting then reverts to di information on the next button push .
Is the display just a blank box when it should be on show ?
