In this video, I show you how to remove the covers to access the CVT parts (drive belt, variator, rollers, and clutch) for removal, inspection, and installation on an old Honda ADV 150cc scooter. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zr5Rinr7Rzs

I just replied to Mitch's video after swapping out my belt. I really hope that belt didn't have a installation directional arrow on it. Didn't even think to look. It rides fine, though. Got it up to 68 MPH after.

That's odd, RandalllFlaggg. Belts usually have directional arrows for installation. It might just be okay now but problems might come later. Although if you've clocked 68 MPH on it already, probably not a major issue, just a head's up. Next time be sure to check all parts for any markings before installing.

Hey, yeah, the belt doesn't have direction arrows. In the video I mentioned, it says to have the labels printed on the belt face so they are readable. That's how the previous belt was installed. I hope yours is okay

It seems to be doing great. Higher top-end speed, too. Used to top out at 63 MPH. Coming home from work this morning had me hitting 68 MPH. Already ordered another spare belt from the Honda parts shop. The original belt lasted 8,666 miles.
