Hey guys.

I’m in the middle of a big build and I was wondering if anyone has any idea how much horse power or what times they’re getting out their modified bike? Here is a list of all the modifications i have made so far. Currently I am stuck what to do about the air intake as it’s still very restrictive and also I am having problems with the ECM.

150cc cylinder (135cc end volume)
CNC piston
Cam shaft
Crank shaft
API ECM
Fuel pump
Throttle body
Air filter
Airbox mod
Exhaust
BRC radiator
Final gear
Clutch/CVT
RCB wheels
IRC 70(80)/90-17 NT73
Yss front kit
Rear shock
Rcb brake lever
Steel line
HH pad
Floating disc

To add to your list?
No1. Tachometer
CBR150 throttle body
SONIC double vale springs.

Should be able to rev to about 11,000 but not for long periods. I don't have any HP numbers but aero will be the limiting factor. At a guess I'd say about 130 kph.

I once made a plaster mold of the rubber intake pipe. It was bigger diameter than the stock throttle body.

Tachometer I can get through the stand alone ecu. Throttle body I already changed to the largest version of stock I could find I think 36 or 38mm. You had any issue with the valve springs? I have changed the crank shaft so the stroke is no longer stock. As for the intake I have a 36/38 to 60mm pipe to the airbox and then a mesh filter a cut another large hole in the front of the airbox. I have seen people mod it so you can route the throttle body in to the area under the seat with a cone filter and then remove the plastic between your legs.

The Fastest I have gone stock bore was 78MPH/125km. Im sure with gearing and proper AF tune and CVT tuning you should get in the 90's mph.

NCY Variator and Driveface (lots of tuning)
Lightened stock clutch assembly
Intake system from Steady Garage
Exhaust
Taller tires
