Reasons not to buy a Forza...

I'm starting to get interested in this bike now, someone please help talk me out of it and convince me my pcx is all i need! :(

All i can think of against the Forza are;

Headlights not as good looking as the PCX
Weird yellow lens indicators...?
Lower mpg
Seat looks just as cramped as the PCX...im used to being able to stretch out after getting shot of the hump!
Higher insurance

Things that are tempting me;

Very nice dash
An actual real life clock!!!
Much better storage
Faster

I think the sensible upgrade would be a used SYM but i dont know, just want something more practical for the winter...

Price is twice that of the PCX. The only accessories at present are those offered at a high price by Honda. That also means no already modified seat, and the tall windscreen is considered an accessory.

There's no reason to stick with a PCX if you can afford to buy a Forza.
8000 mile service intervals......

^^^ Nice! Best of both worlds and......your with your partner! :P I think you'll be the first here to own one (2) ;) Dang! That's exciting! Waiting on your delivery report 8)
My only Forza dislike so far is the weight factor. Might be a bit too much for my back. The seat height is a winner! And, what gn2 said! Still waiting to take a closer look...soon(?)

I like that it has ABS brakes and a 12V socket. I dislike the silly small windscreen which I will need to replace with a tall one as soon as Ermax or Givi bring one out. I dislike that they didnt put the Idle Stop system in it as I love that on my PCX. Regarding the Forza seat is the hump removable? It seems so based on pics. Be nice if it could be turned itno a much smaller hump/backrest for us taller riders! The Maxsym 400 hump comes right off and the seat is comfy without it and you would just need to fill in the 2 bolt holes.

Yeah, the wait will be the bad part....I wanna' ride NOW... :lol: ...Longer distance on the Forza than the PCX from Seat Back to Front Floorboard, but I'd say a really tall Rider will still be cramped. The Seat Back is also a more "permanent", larger type like the Silver Wing. My Dealer has already sold all of His first batch, and has two more traded for at Other Dealers...the Forza will probably be a Big Seller in numbers...... ;)

The reason it has been deayed for the UK and north america is that Honda can't build them fast enough for initial demand in other markets.
This scooter will be a huge success, just like the PCX.
How anyone who has yet to sit on one can say that the screen is no good or it is cramped I just don't know...? :?

The screen and seat may be fine for you but not for me at 6'4''. I have read about these issues on Thai forums. I hope they will be solvable like with the PCX.

Shame they moved away from the pcx headlamp cluster as its just about perfect in looks/functionality wise. Dont know if you have ever 'over stroked' a cat's head so its face is stretched out a bit, well thats how the headlight looks to me...?

Weird description i know but its the first thing that comes to mind when i see it! :lol:

Do those pics mean there are no mods needed for the US version? Does it have a park brake? Will indicators need to go out on stalks like on the US PCX? Details, details...
