Kudo's on all the toys! Some beauties right there. Love all the Rucks, and would like to know more about the Morphous' (sp). From what I've read on other forums folks really like the Tmax. I also like your older Elite...what year is it? Thanks for posting the pics!
I often wonder how collector's find time to ride them? Better question...the time to maintain them?
Jay Leno blows my mind, no way does he have time to ride/drive everything....impossible right? I guess with his money....who gives a poop. Gaze at them, ride them, restore and show them...whatever. "He Can." I'd like to meet him one day, that Would Be Awesome! (I said it...the word Awesome! (o;

Have owned as many as 14 Street Motorcycles/Scooters, and 3 Dirt Bikes before at one time....I can understand chucktuna's "ISSUES".....

Several, even in 2009.....

Everything from Ruckus Scooters, Ninjas, VFR Interceptors, Cruisers, Gold Wing 1800, etc., etc. .....Yes, it's a "sickness".....

...finally thinned down, after getting rid of the Gold Wing 1800 F6B, and Phantom Cruiser to (2) PCX150s and a pair of Forza 300 Scooters on order....Fighting the disease finally, and settling for what we enjoy most now.....

So Chuck, out of those scoots you got which one would you keep/ride if you could only keep/ride one?
Just curious

Oh, you have two big rucks? If you're ever feeling charitable, I'd take one off your hands.

Ouch, that's like asking which kid should I leave home when we go on vacation

But I'd have to say my last bike I'd ever sell is the Big Ruck. By far the most useful and unique one of the bunch...and I only have one Maddie.
It was silver then and that was the only quick pic I had of the Lil ruck.
The Elite 250 is a 1990.
The last year of the 250's and only 89 and 90 had this rounded look body. The 88 and older are more common and more squared off.
The Morphous I just picked up this spring from a local gal. It was a bit neglected so I put some new tires and a little tune up work.
Also modified the seat.. Like the PCX it had a hump that crowded my knees.

So how does the Morph ride? I've seen one around town and it's weirdness Always catches my eye, then I immediately think....I bet it's a sweet ride though. A low seated, two wheeled bulky...yet comfy caddy-like ride? Are my thoughts wrong?

If I got up close to one, I'd be tempted to take a sit

Rides like it looks, Low and (kinda) Slow.
Honestly my 230+ Lb weight pushes the suspension down pretty good, so not a lot of travel left in the shocks/springs.
The rear could be firmed up a bit for me.
Its so well balanced with the weight down low it almost feels like you don't need to put your feet down at stop signs!
Like most of these scoots, it kinda found me and couldn't pass it up.

So are you gonna keep the PCX? It will be interesting to see if you like the PCX more than the big ruck.
I sure like my PCX better than my vino 125, ruckus and gy6/ruckus.
I would like to ride the Morphous, tmax, and elite 110, but I don't think I would like them better than my PCX

Yes, planning on keeping the PCX, and already ordered a new seat that eliminates the bump stop.
I finally took the PCX for a ride out on the highway yesterday.
I was hoping for a bit more top end as it seemed to struggle to get past 62 (speedo indicated)
It handled great and I was happy with the suspension.
Still waiting on the right lower bit of bodywork.

I've never ridden the Morphous, but being a fuel injected 249cc, wouldn't it still reach 75 mph? I know the Honda Helix was slower with no FI & 244cc? Still super comfy!!!

Yep, Its a 2009. Great power and handles wonderfully. These things are still for sale new on CL for less than $6k, quite a bargain for this level of scooting. My only issue is that the seat bugs my back after more than an hour.

It should do more than 75, but that's about the maximum I've had it too. By slow, I mean its slow to build speed, or accelerate, probably cause of its heft.
I've only put about 100 miles on this bike since getting it this past spring.
Very comfortable. I swear the weight is so low on this bike, it almost holds itself up at stop signs.

I own a Yamaha Morphous also. 80 mph is about the top end, however 70 would be a good cruising speed. At the higher speeds my mileage is mid 50mpg. I have been in the high 70 mpg when I operate it at a lower reasonable speed (45-50mph). It is low, sleek, and long! Rides super smooth and comfortable! I have run short stretches of interstate highway without issues. It's liquid cooled and fuel injected. The downside is it's heavy approx. 450lbs, long and cumbersome to turn around and or park or walk out of a parking stall. Even turning it around in the garage takes a lot of room. I'm actually looking for a PCX for intown riding or riding at rally's
