Honda CBR500R -- anyone ridden it?

Anyone had a chance to ride (or own) the Honda CBR500R?
I sat aboard one at the showroom, but ... no demo ride available.
Most reviews online seem to be favorable.
If the reach to the bars is comfy/moderate once in motion AND if the passenger perch is truly usable ... I could be attracted!

I had a good, 20 ride on the CBR500R at Americade this year. It is a brilliant bike. So smooth for a twin and with the new tech AC generator/ starter, you are shocked at how smooth it is right off the bat when you first key the starter. Just enough bigger. heavier and more powerful than the CBR250R for large riders or two up. Very smooth air over the bodywork. 68 mpgUS average on Fuelly ( I would get 85) And a fair price. Not a super sport. Low revving/ high economy 44 hp engine.

If you are over 6' tall I recommend the CB500X, fits me like a glove at 6 4". the CBR felt too cramped for me.

Thank you, Sendler, great info!
Taz, I'm 5' 6". I sat on the X, but it was a tad too tall.
I think the F fits OK, but it seemed like the R would give me more wind protection and a shorter saddle height? Maybe?
Just wondering about the reach to the bars on the R.

Yep, I'm definitely reconsidering the X.
The F bars are too low and I think the seat on the X could be altered easily to fit.
I definitely like the seat shape better on the X.
I'm holding fire until I find the right answer, but the three Honda 500s are so close to what I want.
