This may be helpful for people considering a new helmet (if they care to actually stick it under the seat). Pls include manuf., model/type, and size.

Icon Alliance, size XL does not fit

Arai RX7 Corsair size L: Does not fit
Caberg Trip size L: Does not fit
LS2 370 size L: Does not fit
Arai Quantum size S: DOES fit
Shark RSX size S: Does fit

All my and my GF's helmets are full face, I believe it depends more on shell size than brand. Size L will fit in the top box, hence I don't care if it fits under the seat or not. The first thing I consider when getting a new lid is the performance in the Sharp crash test: http://sharp.direct.gov.uk , anything else comes second.

Speed and Strength S2000 Large does not quite fit. You can close the lid, but the helmet will push up the seal and be visible.

HJC CL-MAX 2 modular helmet size S: Fits. Barely.

Bell Revolver (Modular) XXL barely fits with nothing else in the deep section. You can close the lid, but it does just push it up a little. I might leave it there once in a while for a short period, but I wouldn't want to plan on using it regularly.

Scorpion EXO-500 size Medium fits snugly.

HJC FG-Jet size XL fits fine, but I do have to take it off before the seat will close.

Shark S500 and S650 in small do not fit. Interesting that the RSX in small fits.
I have now installed a Givi a top box which fit my helmets. My home made convenient helmet cable lock is still in the seat and comes in handy when I need the additional storage.

My Milano Sport L just about fits, pushes the seat up. Looks like only small helmets will fit under the seat

Nolan N102 full face does not fit

Confirmed that LS2 370 XL does NOT fit.

Box BZ1, size L - fits (just).

Nolan N104 Large does not fit

My medium AFX FX-50 fits. I just have to make sure that it is in there just right. Although my husband's extra large AFX FX-140 Modular Helmet doesn't fit. I'm not sure about his XL HJC FG-Jet, I've never tried it.

Mine is a HJC CS-R2 (full face), L size. Fit okay - albeit at maximum 'snugness' levels!

I have a Tuzo Mach1 Full Face size L, fits ok.

Nitro NP-1100F XL fits (just)

Nolan N71 Large, barely fit. The seat can be closed, but I think it pressed the helmet a little bit.

Shoei Qwest sm full face is tight fitting.
Surprising at how many FF and Modulars mentioned that won't easily fit. Did Honda design the seat cubby for 3/4 and half lids only? Hard to believe, right? I just need an extra inch or less in depth.
