Just picked uo my THIRD PCX - is this a record ?

i bought my first one , 4 years ago, just as they came out, here in Thailand (a silver 125, with brown plastic's)..

Then, 3 years ago p/x'd it for a new red 125, with black plastics........

and this morning, p/x'd the red one for a new 150cc Matte Black one...

Wow, that is black! Or as Zaphod Beeblebrox might have said: "It's the weird colour scheme that freaks me. Every time you try to operate one of these weird black controls, which are labeled in black on a black background, a small black light lights up black to let you know you've done it. Hey, what is this, some kind of galactic hyper-hearse?"

Looks good. Were you able to pull some of the accessories off of your other PCX, or is everything new?

took off, dealer removed and re-fitted, FOC....

Just curious on the reason for swapping so often; great dealer trade in, wanted a change of color maybe high mileage rider? Also, can you tell a difference between the 3 bikes you have had; have they improved over time?

traded in 3yr old 125 for new 150 - 700 GBP to 'swap'......plus transferred accessories like YSS shocks, rack/top box, adj levers, brace / pad, FOC.....common sense said it was time for a change....

the first 2 (both 125, non ESP) so the same, apart from plastic's colour....

new 150 does feel an improvement, certainly smoother.....and particularly like the matte black colour with red accenting.....

some red rim tape being fitted on Tues....

YSS shocks are a vast improvement..

Nice hatari, Very Nice! You really love the PCX! Good to see you moved the extra bits over, they really pop on the matte black. Post some pics with your upcoming rim tape

Oh man do I love that matte black. Is that stock in them there parts you live?

yes stock colour, here in Thailand ( slight extra cost ).............

also have:

red with black plastics

white and black

and brown and black.....

Great food and matte black options... Maybe I need to consider a move!

Good looking color. Are the tires stock? Especially the front tire looks fatter, or is it just an illusion?
