maddie dog: comment regarding Service Manual for PCX 125

I retired in 2013 and moved to a remote area of Colombia, bringing my PCX with me; they do have a Honda dealership, but have never seen a PCX. I posted in the past as I was confused about how to remove body panels. Thanks to "maddiedog" and several others who responded with information but I'm still confused.

(1) In the service manual, it lists an order in which body panels are supposed to be removed. It seems to imply that, to get to the engine to adjust valves, you must remove everything beginning with the front fairing, working you way back to the engine. Is this true, or can you more or less randomly remove panels as you chose?

(2) Does anyone have a source for a Service Manual in Spanish?

You don't need to remove any front panels to check the valve clearanes.

Just the back panels, seat itself and lower side panels.

I third the previous two responses:

1. You do not need to remove anything forward of the fuel flap to do the valve adjustment. Some have been able to do the valve adjustment by just removing the seat and underseat bin.

2. I have not seen one.
