Hi all,

New to the forum here, great resource thanks to the crew that make this site work. I just purchased a Black 2014 PCX 150i here in Thailand. Is there any readily available method/parts to make the front suspension more firm/Stiffer? I purchased a pair of gas reservoir YSS rear shocks, they are outstanding. The front end needs to be stiffened up next.

Appreciate any help!

KR

You could place spacers on top of the springs and go up a grade on the fork oil.

Where in Thailand are you? There are a few of us from Thailand on these forums and I think all of us are expats. I believe the Thais are primarily on a Thai site.

gn2, that sounds like a pretty reasonable solution. Thanks for the tip.

Kramnala58, I am in BKK.

By the way, welcome to the forums.

It will be interesting to see how long it takes for aftermarket accessories to become available for the 2014. I have enjoyed putting add-ons on my 2010 PCX126 ... and the extremely reasonable prices are an added bonus.

Appreciate the welcome.

That is the fun part of being in Thailand. Back home I rode and raced Street bikes all my life. Since I have been here the last 10 years or so, I have had a scooter just to keep up my need to tinker with a bike and customize it. Never thought I would see the day when I was interested in a scooter. Priorities and interests are indeed a product of your environment.

Its how we used to sort out the front end on the LC350 back in the days of long ago.
As I recall two pence coins were ideal, much cheaper than uprated springs.
