Hello, PCX people!
I am quite big and heavy (115kgs/190cm) man for this scooter, and the front fork seems working too weak, too much bounce.
I found the spring set on the market,
http://japan.webike.net/products/19875957.html , I am sure this is the way to move for me.
But I am not sure will it fit 2013 PCX150? Did anyone try to change the front fork springs to a stiffer ones?
Regards.

I think Pcxdemon uses those springs. I myself have the SP Takegawa reinforced lowering springs and use the spacers. I like them however I feel they can bottom as well if I hit the right bump too fast. The daytona springs will fit the 150 esp the same as they fit the 125. Go for it. They make a nice improvement and get rid of the floating feeling at higher speeds.

You can increase the spring preload of fork springs by placing spacers/washers on top of them.
Some people use coins.
Very effective and much cheaper.

And pop some heavier weight oil in

The new springs are only $50 guys. They really transform the ride if you do any riding on a regular basis above 50 mph and are even 165 lbs, let alone those of us that are heavier than that.

Thanks you guys for your answers!
I think every method works well , but the devil is in a details. When I used the spacers to push my Toyota FJ Cruiser's clearance up, they worked well, but when I changed the whole springs to the size and specs that I need -they started to work much better, with better comfort, smooth and just right perfomance. So the idea to change the springs is a primary for me now.
And for any competition bike or a car - the suspension setup is critical, If you use a top brand suspension and it got a right setup, the ride is much better night and day.
About the PCX fork springs, they have a different partnumbers,
PCX125 51401-KWN-901
PCX150 eSP 51401-KWN-711
I see the only one harder springs set on the market, Daytona 73899, but the make it only for PCX125

Are they geometrically the same as PCX150 eSP ones or not? I asked about it to Daytona and some of their sellers, but still no answer.

I would go with the Daytona springs. They will be full length so you will have an advantage there with your weight compressing them.

And make sure the thicker oil grade is filled....

I received the pcx125 v.1 daytona reinforced springs, yesterday took off my forks, but.. couldn't take off the upper bolt. PCX125 have just the rubber caps there, PCX150 comes with the shiny bolts thats impossible to take off, you have to hold the mirror rod tightly to do that, I used big pliers and a piece of cloth to hold but with no success. Today will try to carry them to local motorcycle service, will see how they will do that and does the pcx125 v.1 fork springs fit pcx150..

Normally you slacken fork top caps with the forks still in the yoke.

And probably not with pliers and a cloth..

there are two pinch bolts on the top of the front forks. Take a picture of what you are having problems with to show us so we can help. There is a video on youtube of this. The fork caps have a snap ring in them. I compressed the caps with my fingers and then poped out the snap ring with a screw driver. Very easy.
Here is Pcxdemon's video on it.

The 150 forks are the same, at least on mine. I've done it.

Thank you for replies! My 2013 pcx150 has different forks, say more, the springs are different too.
The pcx125 fork spring is shorter about a 3/4inch than pcx150 spring on mine.
To loose the top bolt you should keep the fork in a yoke, but there is a small room over there, under the headlight, my wrench key couldn't do that but i bought an extra wrench key and sorted out with this. I have to sell the daytona reinforced springs for pcx125 v.1 so if anyone is interested may contact me

It seem US spec pcx150 comes with the pcx125 forks, and pcx150 esp Thai spec comes with new design forks which have bolts on the top, not the caps/rings.

Is the Daytona spring smaller in diameter or just shorter? If its just shorter you should install it anyway. A shorter stiffer spring could still give you the same compressed height... I lowered my front 1" with the Takegawa reinforced lowering springs.
