Anyone know what the "real life" wait time is for a new (2015) PCX in the UK.

I could believe what a dealer tells me but...................

TIA

The old model and the new model are both available immediately from stock at various dealers.

Both have been on sale since late April! It could be that your dealer does not have any 2015 in stock, and supply comes in in batches, but try a different dealer.

My dealer had 3 in stock in various colours but I wanted the white one but it only took 10 days.

Hi
I was told 4-6 weeks. I picked it up from the dealers a day short of 7 weeks. o_O

I had a real good time finding my bike. One dealer was going around the houses trying to get one of the 5 red units in the whole UK on a stock exchange, another basically couldn't have given 2 turds as it wasn't a 600cc. I went with one that had the bike in stock, even the elusive matt black and had it delivered to my door 3 days later.

Call Nick Carter at John Banks Honda on 01284 799450 and I'm 90% certain you'll be riding your new bike before the end of the month...

That's the thing with UK dealers - when I was on the hunt for a scoot, Vision, Shi or PCX, I got the run around from several London dealers and that was trying to buy something, let alone service. Honda seem to supply the UK in batches every 3-4 weeks, with only a few of each model on the ship, which makes sense as dealers don't want to hold too much stock. HGB Ruislip, where I had mine serviced, the dealer has so many bikes you could hardly walk in the showroom until they put about 30 outside on display, and that just left a few feet to walk down. They have loads of PCX's, visions, SHi'1 and others along with ton's of bikes (literally).
Seems this person did not have much luck with their new PCX (another bad dealer) - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YiBHpAUF5A0
