Seems that some dust has found its way under the clear plastic window of the instrument panel and some moisture has crept in too so I wondered if the instrument cluster and the plastic window are a sealed unit? Any help here or solutions would be welcome. thanks

I'm fairly sure the instrument panel is sealed. When dirt gets in there on my PCX, I just spray with a hose through the crack between lens and fairing and all the dirt washes out.

You can remove the instrument panel to clean there, but that involves disassembling the whole front end first.

According to the exploded diagrams it looks like the cover comes off the instruments.
