Looks great, was the camera set to go off automatically at intervals?

I bought the Sony because it has a wireless remote that I strap to the handlebar so I can snap photos whenever I see something nice with just a tap of the left thumb.

Open roads in NY! Hooray!
Hi sendler Great idea with remote. Very convenient :) You picked and clicked some nice shots :) Which Sony camera did you use and how did you attach it to your FF(?) helmet?
(p.s. I don't know where Inlet NY is  shame, shame but it sure looks pretty out in the country and the rain held off?)

I lived in western NY state for a dozen years and hadn't heard of it either, but Google is your friend ... "Inlet is a town in Hamilton County, New York in the United States of America. The population was 333 at the 2010 census. The name is derived from its location on an adjacent lake."

I quick peek at Google maps shows that it appears to be in the Adirondack's or close to it. My son went to college north of there in Postdam, NY

Sony HDR-30

Comes with an adhesive helmet mount. I'm not sure I like how close they fixed the focus. 100mm. I may try to take it apart to move the first focus out to beyond 1m so 10m-infinity is better.

Thanks for the link, I'll take a look at it and the videos. I'm not sure I'd risk taking it apart though. I'm not all that familiar with the insides of cameras. Thanks for sharing with us, nice change....A slide show ;) :P
