PCX Idling noise

I'm sure my PCX is noisier than many others when taking off from idle and accelerating from standstill - I can't remember if it was like that from new, 3 months ago or after one day I had a few weeks in when riding home and experiencing a very bad burning smell from the rear of the bike - it lasted all the way home but was gone the following morning and has not returned. I think it was from the belt area but I've not opened it up yet, but did have the 1st service done some weeks ago.

I just found this video on you tube and wondered how it compares to other PCX's. Similar to mine I guess, although as I've posted elsewhere I am getting superb mpg - 140 regularly!

So, is this a normal idling noise or one of those PCX's that is louder/noiser than most - rollers? belt?

Mine makes a kinda loud noise when traveling around 35mph. I took it to Branson, MO this weekend both on state highways and back roads... Each time I rode at 68mph I heard and felt a weird vibration like a belt that was flapping on something, maybe the belt transmission?

Open it up, inspect your belt and rollers.
