I've decided on this exhaust. I did some research a few months ago, and this exhaust is much lighter than the Takegawa silent sport exhaust ( which weighs close to stock), and adds more power than the slightly cheaper, and heavier black silent sport (I think 3/4hp or so) which will definitely help with headwinds and going up hills.

Basically, to get the exhaust, I have to order through Webike.net in Japan. They have 2 left at $255 ea. Wondering if someone wants one as well and would be willing to give me a $50 deposit or so and I'll place the order. Orders over $500 and they ship for free, otherwise it's like $100 for shipping just for 1 exhaust.

So anyway, if anyone is interested, the sale ends Sept 1st (Sept 2nd in Japan...remember, they're a day ahead!)

This is the dyno chart for the 170cc kit. The bottom line is stock...the next curve above it is with the power silent oval exhaust and nothing else. THe top two are the 170cc kit added. Other differences in the graph are FiCon and the sport cam. Anyway, that's a 12-15% gain in HP...not bad at all!

Ok, I've got a day left to get the discount...still thinking about this. ALso, considering the fact that I kinda want the new Honda CB300F, and whether I want to put any money into the PCX, or just get that. And of course, what I think the wife will let me do! =P

It should, but hang on...I'll decide by tonight if I'm going to go through with the order. From what others say, it takes some time to get thee things from Japan. ANyone else here want to chime in on how long you had to wait for parts from Webike? I know guys have waited 6 weeks for seats before from powerbypcx.

I see your in the US. I have ordered a couple of things from webike to the UK and they took 3 or 4 days. You get a tracking number and everything was very well packaged. Well impressed.

Considering this is free shipping of a bulky part like an exhaust, (not some tiny item), I'm assuming it won't be coming expedited. Thanks for letting me know...just planning for the worst and not getting my hopes up. =)

I'm not in a hurry at all, so if it takes a month or more that's ok with me.

10 days worst case scenario with webike, usually it's the customs that delay delivery otherwise you'd get it in 4-5 days..

Do they charge any customs fees/taxes for US customers? I live in California.

Ordered the same exhaust and some other bits. Shipping was delayed due to some small parts not being in stock but once it was sorted delivery took 5 days to Sydney Australia. Hope this helps.
Exhaust is awesome you won't be disappointed.

UPDATE: Ordered the exhausts this morning and got another forum member going in on it with me so we got free shipping on the deal. Thx to everyone for helping with your comments and I'll be sure to post a nice review afterwards and maybe some before/after comparisons of speeds attained on some of my normal routes, especially the uphills on the freeways.
