I'd be more concerned with what brand belt it is. And who the "seller" is on Amazon or Ebay.
If it's a reputable brand it can still be pirated and misrepresented, and if the cost is considerably lower than one you could buy from a reputable motorcycle vendor.... it probably is.

All the drive belts are probably made in the same factory in China??? who knows? If you run any belt long enough it will probably break. I have broken 2 or 3. they get spit out the back but they also wrap around the clutch. pull bits out with pliers.
I was riding along and all of a sudden the engine rpm went high and the bike slowed down a bit. Once in busy freeway traffic, that was scary with all the big trucks around. Once on an empty highway, just pull over.
I have pulled off belts with expired km use and they looked brand-new . Measured new specs
All parts these days are a crap shoot. who knows where it was made. A few fakes out there also.
My Forza is stuck in the shed surrounded by snow. 1C right now . next week is supposed to get warm.
I would buy the cheapest belt. I think they are all the same. who knows?
My 2014 Honda Forza 300 has 193,690 km or 120,353 miles on it.
I am still injured so I bought a Piaggio One Active electric scooter for short slow trips. My doctor said my leg will never heal so I will try the electric Vespa.

I buy OEM Honda belts. A bit more money but I have heard too many horror stories of the eBay type belts breaking in a month... Too much work to have to keep changing the darn thing. I replaced my 2015 Forza belt with a Honda belt at 16K miles, the old one still looked good but what the heck. People say carry the old belt on trips...but how many of us carry tools to change a belt? I don't! Good luck with whatever you decide.
My Silver Wing will need a belt this year so I will be doing this again LOL. Good luck with whatever you decide.

Just buy OEM one because you never know if cheap china one is good or not . Last thing you want to pay for towing due to broken belt. Last belt oem belt I got was 75 bucks us off ebay . Then due to how they put the ad up making it seem like it had air cleaner etc included it was free ebay gave me back my cash
