Too much coffee ?

Or not enough.
One thing is certain, when you're up early scooterin' you've got to hold the camera steady in low light at the coffee shop.
And this.....This happened the morning after I made some disparaging remarks about republicans after the govt. 'shut down'.
They almost got me with their tractor beam!
Using my counter steering - I was able to do a quick high-side dismount into the shrubbery.
I had some fun on that little Kymco.
