Reading the comments it seems the finish did not always hold up, but interesting to see that from 2016 ABS is a legal requirement - hope that is true in Europe as it would be great to have ABS on the entire Honda range.

Oomph is plenty for getting me to and from work and its much bigger than a PCX which was reasonably OK in the comfort stakes.
Only issue I can think of is a lack of a local Moto Guzzi dealer, but if I bought a used one out of warranty that wouldn't matter at all.

Yes, I have had the hots for one of those V7s myself. Here in the States parts and service for Guzzis can be spotty. Even in a fairly large metro area of 2 million, my local Guzzi place is always either just about going under, or changing hands on a constant basis.
My dad owned a California Stone at one point. He said the factory basically has a "let them eat cake" attitude to support after the sale. But hey, the dang things have character in spades, and I still want one.
