Friends , Does anyone know the capacity in liters of the fork oil pcx 150 ? Thank you

122 milliliters. 4.13 ounces (US), 4.29 ounces (IMP).
Pro Honda Suspension Fluid SS-8 (10w).
The above according to the spec in section 17 of the 2013 service manual.

kcpcx, I guess those numbers are per each fork leg??

Yes- per fork leg,
fully collapsed fork with no spring, top it up at 75mm from top max
