Really? You're Last warm ride? Sad

I'm heading out in a bit. Today it's mild (60's) but tomorrow...burr! Here comes Santa Claus!
Soon as I saw that Grom in the pic I said, "SECoda, you just Have To try those wheels!" So tell me, did you? Sure Ya did!! Dumb question WN (fool!)
I haven't seen a small bike in ages that is as tempting to hop on as a Grom. They are just so darn cute!
I Keep telling myself to buy one. Thoughts are still on the burner

Sigh, so many bikes and so.......

Here in Oz we're heading into summer, the temp today is around 80f, expecting around 100f for the weekend.
Gotta love it

Took my ride. Glorious! It was an eerie day. Leaves everywhere and wet from the heavy fog we had over night. The deep gray & blue creepy sky only allowed the sun to peer through minimal times. Ah but the temp was perfect in the mid 60's. I stored my mesh jacket already and wore my warmer Rev'it hi-viz cordura jacket. I was sooo comfortable. My ride was a settling & peaceful experience (even with all the lousy traffic). Nerves at ease. My day! I'm a happy camper

The 2hours did me good!
Will this be my last ride? I tell you No, no, no! I refuse. I pray a few more in store.
Heard Snow is coming in a day or two, only a smidgen. Then a bit of a warmup (mid to high 40's).
<< I got the clothes, so I'm going!! Take that Santa!!

Hmmm. I didn't get any of these forum post notifications. Strange and they are not in my Spam bucket.
I didn't say last ride - just last real warm ride (it was 73 F). Now we have highs in the 30s for two weeks and snow which is very unusual here before Thanksgiving. We should see some days in the 50s and maybe a few 60s throughout the winter. I have clothes for 40 or maybe a bit lower. Our avg January high is in the 40s.
You bet I rode that Grom. Definite potential as a play bike but I think I would need at least a 200 for that on some of our steep hills. For my use I would want combo tires. Very nice and smooth. Considerably more comfortable than I expected looking at it. It is still not really close in long time ride comfort to my new MP.Motor seat from Thailand but they sell Grom seats too.

It is perfect for playing in lsrge parking lot with obstacles and stuff. I think he said it will hit 60 mph.
The Grom tires are very wide for it's size. Grom's all have the a fuel pump recall like My Forza.

70-75 F is perfect for me. I would move to Alaska before Florida.

The arctic blast and snow hit hardest today. Flurries this morning but accumulating snow maybe on Saturday (I'll be in a blind deer hunting).

Something is messed up with the forum in the last 24 hours or so. New posts are not being indicated and refreshing them doesn't help. Posts are being delayed either for review by Maddie or server issues. There are work arounds for a troll like me but still most irritating

Don't start dumping your cashe or tearing down your end... it's not local.

Beautiful. I wish mine was here instead of waiting for a fuel pump change at the dealership. Did you add those decals? I have a sheet of them and added a few to my PCX when someone asked me if it was one of those Chinese jobbers.

Somewhat the same here....plus I was in a Honda Super Store, or whatever they're called, looking at all the red Honda motorcycles with these same logos on them - in pretty much the same places.
As times goes by, I'm taming down the colors.
I'm riding - waiting to hear from my dealer for the recall.

That rear tire on the Grom looks sooo small! What is the top speed on the Grom? It reminds me of a little mountain bike.

Just below freezing here in Toronto so going out as roads still dry. I know it's only days away from hibernation time though!
