Givi D1136ST vs Fabbri 3140/E-X face to face

Hello everyone,
it seems that some people are interested in the windscreen for the model 2015, so I prepared a little face-to-face Givi vs Fabbri.
Construction: Givi has done better, more solid and fits perfectly; Fabbri vibrates more (perhaps due to the bigger size) and I had to force it a bit to mount. Fabbri looks a little more resistant to scratches.
Size and shape: Fabbri is bigger (71.5x63cm), better protects the head / shoulders and especially the hands, the shape is very boxy and is more vertical than Givi. Givi is smaller (63x43.5 cm), leaves uncovered hands and protects up to the shoulders (I am 183 cm high), compared to Fabbri is more rounded and more inclined.
Price: Givi was in the package when I took the pcx (in ebay is priced 44 Euro). Fabbri paid € 50.
I think Fabbri is better for the cold season (more protection but a little drag in top speed - I lost 1/2 kmh), while Givi I'll use it in the summer (less protection, more air in your face/hands and lessaerodynamic drag).
