I think it was BRed that said that these Dunlop Scooter tires are not too good in the mud. Well today I figured out these Dunlops are also pretty much useless in the snow. I have ridden a scooter shod with Michelin City Grips - and found them to be much better in snow. I won't try this again....
Mid 20's F and was good to let the Forza out of the garage for an hours ride.

Man - I'm hungry to get on the scoot, but you are DESPERATE!

So... can you get studded snow tires for scooters?

On a more serious note, I will be waiting for a good rain or two or three to get rid of the salt on our roads before Mantis sees the pavement. But that won't be for a while...

Vancouver doesn't have Canada's most expensive real estate for nothing. ;) Keep the beautiful snow pictures coming, we hardly get any snow here.

To be fair, I can't ride my scooter right now either. I picked up a nail last night. Only 12 hours and I'm going through major scooter withdrawal already. I can't imagine 3 to 6 months without.

Signed, from the train

In canada one province ( Quebec ) has a law that ( cars motorcycles ,scooters )anything driving on there roads must have snow tires between the month of nov1 to end of March (I think these dates are correct ) even if the roads are bare ,no snow or ice on them, and it's nice and sunny , I thought that the would be no motorcycles on the road until i. Found out michelin makes a winter tire for scooters !
