Wow! I have never seen one just stop in the air like that....aside from my quadcopter. But that particular plane isn't meant to do what it was doing. I love that. I could see a lot of future uses for it, especially as a slow flying spy plane or one that is used for business such as real estate.
Currently own:
Red 2013 Honda PCX150

Givi tall windshield & tailbox - Lots of extra lights
Custom seat from Thailand - Bad Boy Airhorn
Takegawa Lowering Shocks - Michelin City Grip Tires
Headlight assy upgraded to LEDs w/HS5 main bulbs
NCY variator, drive face, and rollers

Some things are just better slow... like scooters!!! 8)

When I was watching this video I assumed the Mylar construction over the light frame was encapsulated helium by the weird motion this craft displayed. Upon closer review there is no mention and I realized a project I would like to see done :D
Build a fixed wing remote control aircraft with fuselage and wings sealed in Mylar and offset the weight of the craft in helium by volume. Not a dirigible, and when its powered down... just floats ;) with a slight tendency on the heavy side of course.
