the handle bar allen key lock alternative?

Does anyone know of an alternative to the handlebar allen key lock that connects the handle bars to the bike? It has circle metal parts that cover the key entry point. I have had my bike 2 weeks and someone has already popped one off and left another marked by what appears to be a screwdriver!!

Scumbags everywhere! You can get security bolts that need a special screwdriver to remove, but not sure how convenient that will be and it won't stop someone having a go!

Not fail proof and some are better than others (sloped sides to prevent pliers being used)

Ideally looking for some kind of cover that hides / protects it against such idiots!

Sorry, haven't seen anything like that for the PCX here in Thailand, the land of all things cheap and plentiful when it come to PCX accessories.
