Dosent seem any faster than a pcx125, it simply seems they have just removed the limiter.

Looks like about 120 kph/74 mph. That would be one fast PCX 125. That is what my PCX 150 does with the NCY upgrade.

Interesting. It is a 125 cc. I have a 150 also and the Forza 125 is faster? I would like to know their secret. I doubt that the Forza 125 will be sold in the United States, so we wouldn't be able to dig down into it to see what they did to make it faster. If they just took off the limiter they might have to worry about blown engines, so it must be several things that they did other than that.

It's a different engine. It's got a 4 valve head.

Carburation PGM-FI electronic fuel injection
Compression Ratio 11:5:1
Engine Displacement (cm3) 124.9
Engine Type Liquid-cooled 4-stroke 4-Valve SOHC single
Max. Power Output 10.5kW @ 8,750rpm
Max. Torque 12Nm @ 8,250rpm
Starter ACG Self-starter

I wonder how optimistic the speedometer is? I know the PCX's speedometer is only 3% off or something but when my CBR 125R reads 120km/h, I'm actually only doing 108. Which is terrible considering it's a digital speedometer.
My CBR 125R is also an unrestricted PCX with a 13.6 HP (10 kW) engine. Despite bragging I can sustain 105-110 on a flat road and no headwind and do 115-120 with a full tuck, it seems happiest cruising at an effortless 90km/h or 55mph all day long. All speeds I noted are actual speeds. The 14.1 HP (10.5 kW) Forza 125 will likely do the same with the right CVT configuration. As something that's more of a comfortable road trip scooter than a city scooter, the CVT likely sacrifices a bit of city acceleration to get better top end.

And an offset crank.
Peak power is the same as all the other four valve 125 maxis so it will do the same speed as them, which is around 72ish mph..

I' ve always wondered why so many, if not all 125cc scooters in the UK were always far short of the permitted bhp - not sure if it's engine design or playing safe. Mostly seem to be around 11.xbhp rather than 14.x.

Depends on usage - for commuting in town I feel anything bigger than a 125 is a waste.

My sh 150 will do 120kph until it will hit the rev limiter,of course this is in a full tuck and its a 2 valve head design and about 11 to 1 compression ratio but a four valve design will breathe better so more top speed, as long as the gearing is good not to hit the rev limiter.

The one I rode felt a little less lively away from the lights in the city than my PCX-however this could also be down to the Forza only having 30 miles on it! My PCX definitely loosened up and felt a little more willing (and delivered better MPG!) with a couple of thousand miles on the clock.
Not sure what the PCX's rev limiter is set at but the Forza seemed to be around 10,500rpm from memory.

I may see a Forza 125 in my future, going to give them time to mature though.
