I am thinking about getting some new tires for my honda pcx what would you recommend. I am not very technical round bikes so don't want to to any alterations.

What about wider tires but I don't want to modify anything as am not very technical round motorbikes and reading thought this forum I read they can help with the affect of side winds that's why I was looking to do a upgrade. Any advice? Could you recommend a good quality wider tire thanks.

+1 on City Grips. We have them on both of our scooters (two 2013 pcx 150s).

Yes, we stayed with stock because there seems to be an open discussion about whether the wider size tire will be enough of a benefit to warrant the disadvantages...such as lower mpg and the mods to the fenders that have to be done, among other things that were discussed.

Stock here too, from what I have heard any wider then stock on front and you have modifications to do, and the same goes for the rear, which is also a little more involved.

Just noticed you have a "1014" model. Think you can only fit the original size wooden wagon wheels to that one. Not sure about getting an iron rim as I believe that was an option only for 1016 and later.

get brand name tires, any will do.

Get black circular tyres, they're always the best ones to go for.

And if you like quality tyres, ones made by Michelin and named City Grips work well.
