This is my PCX i bought March 2011.
It now looks like this as of Nov 2011.
Mods so far as:
-Mirror white powdercoated wheels
-RDR coilover suspension
-Bride red gradation seat
-12v socket for Garmin GPS
-Custom header with Yoshimura stainless muffler, carbon tip
I mess with custom scooters every day so i have more plans for this when I free up some time.My next priority is to "stretch" it out by making a custom engine mount to hold it farther back.Probably will switch suspension to air further down the line. Also wanna make small stuff like a fender eliminator and plate relocator.Im very short on time with having to work on other peoples bikes so progress is always slow on my own stuff.
To see other stuff me and my brother work on check out my site --->

Thats it for now.

Yeah, I still can't get over the white rims too. They look so amazing.
I was planning on getting mine powdercoated, but the shop near me changed their pricing for me from $100 a pair to $175 per wheel!
Some of the bikes on your site look amazing. If you want to put up a thread on the vendor section with what services your shop offers, it can't hurt. If you guys are willing to do shipping for the wheel powder coating, I might be interested.

Maddie once I get some time I will see what all services I can whip up for members.I -HOPE- to get a small line of parts available.Free time is so hard to find right now.My brother is working 12 hours a day,7 days a week.Yup thats 84 hours a week! Hes making killer over time but that leaves hardly any time for us to get together and get our ideas together.

Small line of parts? I look forward to what you come up with.
84 hours a week is nuts. He better be bringing in a whole lot of money for that kind of work.

I've only worked an 80 hour a week once in my life, I can't imagine doing it continuously.

I wasn't sure about the red seat either but it grew on me.
Im also waiting on a custom order seat in black with white stitching.I'll see which one I like better when the upholstery shop finishes that one.

Yep this red one will be for sale unless I dont like my new one.Let me get that one in before I say anything else.
Maddie im not sure how much the custom one costs cause they're not finished yet.I just gave them my stock cover and told them what I wanted. Its gonna be black with white diamond stitching just like this pic.
It will be seatup to delete the hump.

Great Lookin' PCX....I really like the looks of the White Wheels, but havin' owned some Sport Bikes with em' in the past, and an '05 Honda Repsol Edition CBR1000RR with the Orange Ones, I descovered I ride too often and on too many "wrong roads" to keep em' clean....!!!

Speaking of the wheels,my wheel bearing upfront messed up!

Dont know what caused it.Maybe my brother going thru rough roads when he takes it to work? PCX now has 3,000 miles on it.I'll have to order replacement ones tonight.
Oh yeah also got sent a pic of my new seat in progress.

Luckily, the wheel bearings are really cheap. I've found them for less than $5 a pop
here.
It's probably not mileage or how rough you've ridden it. I just broke 4k this weekend, and I've hit some massive potholes, ridden offroads, and taken my scooter through corners really hard.
It's possible it was from when you guys powdercoated, since you just masked it off. I bet a single grain of sand from the sandblasting would be enough to damage the bearings if it got in there right.

At least replacing bearings is an easy fix.

Since I have to replace the bearings maybe i should do them pearl white now.

That and use this as an excuse to get some new wider tires front/back.I forgot the tire sizes that are compatible though,I think it was 100 and 120 rear.
Got ANOTHER pic of the new seat cover now complete I think.
The new setup will have memory foam in there too.
