2012 PCX eSP front fork specs request

I only have the 2011 service manual, what is suspiciously different when it comes to front end of the bike than what I've found on the bike.

I've found that the actual length of the spring in my front fork is 292 mm, while my service manual states 273,6 mm, with a service limit of 268 mm so it seems it is somehow different.

As I've seen Demonk1d's original spring length before chopping should have been something similar so it is most possibly not an EU vs US version thing, but a 2011 vs later models stuff.

Therefore I'm looking for the correct values for front fork oil quantity and level. Please anyone with a service manual what states spring lengths like mine step up, and help me with the correct numbers?
Thanks in advance

Put it back together and use a heavier grade of fork oil than stock

I wiuld not expect more from you, frankly.
In case you'd switch from write only mode to read-write, you might have realized that this is exactly my intention. So I ask how much of that thicker oil should I fill in this fork. I have the 20w oil sitting here, but the basic measurements of the fork are not the same as in my service manual, so I need the proper values. And before you'd advise to just put back the same amount - I haven't measured the fork oil before dumping it.
So if you happen to have proper info on how much of that heavier oil should go in the fork - just
