Dual Throttle Cable

Hi guys, i need your knowledge about the dual throttle cable on a 2015 pcx 125.
I have a disability on my right hand and i want to purchase the above bike. the only think that i need to modify on this bike is the throttle that i am going to relocate to the left as the cbs brakes are already on the left hand side, along with the indicators, horn, and high/low beam.

i went and saw the bike at the showroom and i saw that two throttle cables come out from the throttle (lever?).
As i am going to be using an aftermarket throttle my question to you guys is:
1)What is the purpose of each of the throttle cables?
2) Is the throttle operating like other bigger bikes? for example if i twist the throttle is it pulling on one cable and pushing on the other?

English is not my native language so i hope you understood

Thank you

As far as I'm aware one cable opens the throttle, the other closes it.

so i take a plain dual cable motorcross throttle, install it on the left side of the handlebars and put the cable the reverse way in it should work?

I don't know for sure but it's worth a try. Seems sensible
