Mister Paul!
I just got my Honda Service Manual for my Forza the other day. Looking at Page 2-22 in the Manual, it says you have to remove the Rear Side Body Panels, Luggage Box, Rear Spoiler, Rear Body Lower Cover, and DISCONNECT THE REAR COMBINATION LIGHT 6P CONNECTOR, and then the Hardware for the Rear Light Assembly, to remove the Rear Light. WOW!
If you're willing to do all of that, I can take a Pic of each Step for you, and Post it on here, so you've got a guide to go by. I didn't realize it was THAT involved!
Let me know!
Cheers!

Thanks! Too much trouble for me though. I need to wire up an extra brake light and was thinking that if it was easy to get the cluster off it would be easy to sort the wiring. Given the work needed though I think I'll just fiddle about in the small space.

Mister Paul!
Try this:
On Pages 22-4 & 22-5 of the Service Manual, it shows how to Replace Bulbs, from the Head Light to the Tail Light. For the Brake Light, it shows that you have to Remove the Tool Box & Document Box, at the back of the Trunk Cargo Box. Once the Tool Box is removed, the Bulb Sockets are accessible for the Brake Lights. As usual when changing Bulbs, the Socket twists out to access the Bulb. Your Brake Light Wires should be right there at the Socket.
If you're hooking the Tail Light up also, then you'll have to remove the Lower Cover on the outside, located under the Tail Light Cluster. Same thing..... once you have access to the Bulb Sockets, your Tail Light Wires should be right there at the Sockets too.
Hope that helps!
Cheers!
