That looks like a fun bike! Did it come with the red wheels and center stand or did you add those?

Is that the "new" redone "adventure" model or maybe that is just the one coming to the US? Actually, I don't think it is out just yet. Even the new Africa Twin is a rehash. I think the CB500X engine got a re-mod too. They just published the price on the new one. The redone NC700X doesn't even look like the same bike.

I knew there was something about that body design that looked familiar and caught my sweet eye. If you adjusted the rake and center mounted the exhaust, added 500cc's you'd be riding a Buell. I totally approve of this balance and symmetry as I know how nimble and intuitive it must be. I would buy that any day.

I like yours better and have not grown used to the beak/Angry Bird look ever but it is popular.
One reason I like my Strom is it is missing the beak. If you imagine the adventure stuff gone the bikes are very similar.

I'm seriously considering to buy a cb500x with a Rally raid kit to ease my adventure appetite and go for long a long ride in on the balkans and Greece.
I like that it is fairly light, have a great range and economical to run.

Just about every bike owner is working towards an adventure bike and most don't even know it.
The US market, at least, is exploding with them... (or playing catch-up)
I do kind of like the new CB500X properly FARKLEd for adventure as well... It's 100 lbs lighter than most.
Someone on YouTube has some great adventure riding on one of the Greek Islands.
