It's probably just the drive belt vibrating. It's pretty normal. Mine does it about 10mph ish with really light throttle.
It the bike smooth enough? If the clutch judders the bike will vibrate as well.

It was a while before it started with my one as well. Obviously it's difficult to demonstrate a noise to diagnose it over a forum but that's normally the cause. There are issues with the rear pulley bearings reported by some people as well

For piece of mind it might be better to get a mechanic / garage to double check it.

No, not the clutch. It's the rear belt pulley the clutch bolts on to. The symptoms are more a rumbling noise if that's worn.
Do you pull away gently most of the time? The reason I ask is that the clutch can get glazed and cause vibrations when pulling away.
The noise a slow speeds tends to be a worn belt or rollers.

Anyone else want to chip in?

Mine shudders when setting off in heavy stop start traffic, occasionally I will hear a chatter, and it's just the rear number plate surround. I've done 5,000 miles with it, and not a single issue. Just mentioned it to the dealer when I was in previously ( not had 5k service yet no point this end of the year ) and he mentioned they will check the rollers for flat spots next service. Whether their is an issue or not, just advise your dealer but don't push the issue, you have a warranty. As long as your dealer is aware of the issue, should something go very wrong, you are then in a good position.

Sadly no warranty left as it's 5 years old,I don't think Honda will suffer that

Check the centrestand mounts, they're prone to breaking.
