Decal stickers?

I remember seeing once someone had these flourescent electric blue decal stickers on their wheels. Looked badass. If anyone knows where I can buy these or similar, please let me know.

I think there is a link to some decent reflective wheel tape in this list. Perhaps you could find the product in your countries version of Amazon. btw what would that version be?
