Very interesting. Congratulations on finding an easier way to start your PCX (instead of fumbling with key in keyhole, using brake and start button). What about side stand? Up or down? You bypass it all?
Thanks for the video too

It looks like even putting the key in will not start it unless the remote is also activated. I don't know if the bike starts remotely though.

So the light ring triggers the 'opti-isolator' which then fires the SCR (open/close electronic switch (diode with an enable connection)) - it may help stop it being hot-wired but not before it's vandalised by those trying to hot-wire the bike, and good to always carry spare batteries for the remote.
A deeply buried GPS device is probably one of the better things to fit to expensive bikes - if the bike is stolen you can locate the bike over a web page from anywhere - at least it alerts you and the police to it's location. Worth the £60-200 they cost.

sorry my English is bad,
i mean you need push the key in to keyhole, then press remote button to turn on the bike,
or you can press button on remote first, led ring on keyhole will be light up, then you have 1 minute to put key to keyhole to turn on bike. After 1 minute light off, you can't turn on
if you not press remote, you can't turn on your bike by key.

SCR work as a simple switch after keyhole, i tried it on my PCX few months and it work correctly without any problem,
Battery on the remote can live for few years,
You can use hidden switch in case remote is out of battery,
Agree, GPS is great sollution.

I't just turn on power on bike, you still need brake and press start button,
i'm not sure what do you mean about "side stand" ?
yes, i'm from Vietnam.

Just saying, that if the side stand is down one can't start the scoot....correct?
That's all
Perhaps a bit of misunderstanding going on here? That is okay,....we just keep trying.
We'll Get It sooner or later
Any other scooter ideas, creations, mods to share?
