Buy a new pcx 150 2016 in Thailand

Hi all!
I will soon buy this scooter.
Today I was for the first time and look at one.
They told me they now have 4 colours, blue is the new one.
I could see in the brochure that it now is a keyless system, it has a remote. Did that come 2016 MY?
I have also read that PCX 150 is made in Thailand. Price is 80,000 Baht.
I have thoughts about to change the visir to a higher and perhaps put on a box at the back.
Can you guys (and dolls) give me any tips? What to put on, where to buy, price etc.
One question: When you should sit up I can imagine there is a risk that your foot can scratch the area at the cover for petrol lid. Is there something to buy to put on or do you have an idea how to protect?

Install a tank bag, hike your skirt and throw your combat boot over the tail... thats how we do it in Chicagoland

OP, I assume you are in Thailand as that's a great price for PCX150 at $2400USD!

I'd give it big thumbs up for the wind protection and design.

For rear luggage, you need to install the rack first then pick out a top case of the size you're looking for. Honda rack I have is this: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DSP ... ge_o04_s01

It's 29l size and will fit my XL size helmet with room for gloves.

Remember that some year-model parts are not interchangeable with other year-models. For example, the parts for a 2010 - 2013 will NOT fit the newer model PCX. Check with the store where you will be buying your PCX to insure that you get accessories that will fit the newest model. I am sure that you would not be happy if you purchased something that ended up not fitting.

Honda has a top box Shad is apparently better, not Givi but Givi will work. Honda also has a higher screen 1070 baht http://www.aphonda.co.th/2015/aphonda-p ... 0-h2c.ashxbut if you do that the 395 baht cover won't fit! There is also a chrome fuel filler cover for 500 baht and you can replace that whenever the scratches get too much!

Our the PCX's in Thailand still made there? My (USA) version is made in Vietnam. I guess they still have a factory there? BTW...I use a Shad adaptor & 39L case. Love it & it's much cheaper, better then the OEM (Honda) 37L top case.

I would think so otherwise they would be more expensive but I have not looked at the label on a new one !
