I am replacing the stock (short) windshield on my 2015 Forza 300 with the Honda tall windshield and am seeking advice on how to remove what Honda’s instructions refer to as the SCREEN GARNISH – that’s the Y-shaped painted Tupperware that sits below the windshield and between the headlights.
After removing the three screws located between the headlights that secure the SCREEN GARNISH, I tried to remove it with my fingers by pulling the bottom of the SCREEN GARNISH out and down towards the front tire but I was unable to work it free and the two clips in the center of the SCREEN GARNISH that hold it to the frame remain attached.
Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.
