The Honda rollers seem to be loud and rattle about but perform nicely( just noisy).. I was wondering when looking at the Costa design it should be considerably quieter.Instead of rolling and rattling the force is exerted by gliding. Anyone have any hands on experience with this variator and its noise level /performance grade. appreciate any info.. Thx

I had a J.costa on my first gen. Pcx. While you won't hear any ratlle from the variator your engine will be louder as it revs like crazy on start from standstill ...
