no power and wont start

Hi, so my pcx is only a few weeks old. suddenly today when i tried to start it, headlights , and guages werenot working and the scooter will not turn on, any suggestions? thanks in advance!

Reading between the lines I think it might have been a flat battery. Then once discovered I suspect the battery was then charged or replaced.
Either by himself or someone else.
