mph vs rpm

at 8k my belt is under spec. but checking rpm and mph i curious if its affected yet? At 70 mph the engine is turning 7200rpm
anyone with a new belt-- how does this compare

That is an ok reading for a Forza 300.
I've fitted a new belt recently and the numbers are the same, the new belt has 2000 miles on it.
Just before my last belt exploded at 26,500 miles, at 70mph the rpm was around 7800.
The dealer said they changed it at the 16,000 mile service but I'm fairly certain they didn't.
