Seat for sale

Hello all. I'm new to this forum and have a 4 week old 2016 pcx.
I love the scooter and have been riding it almost daily since I got it. The only issue I've been having is after a long ride, the seat gets a little uncomfortable.
I have long legs and the step pushes against me and gets uncomfortable.
Anyways, I purchased a seat from Bikerbitz hoping to solve the problem. I'm not comfortable on this seat either and want to sell it. They offered to take it back but the shipping cost is ridiculous.
It's a seat #7 in all black.
If anyone is interested in buying it, let me know. Thanks.

Oh...not RED!

Welcome new PCX owner, and yes if there is one issue that persists its the seat made to accommodate the bulk of the countries Honda sells PCX (a very petite male or female rider)

And now a word from Chief... "PCX not made for fat American"

Add location to profile on the left and we know something about where you live please.

Here is the link.

https://bikerzbits.com/honda-pcx-custom-seat-4321.html

It costs as much to ship it as the seat costs from them.
Cost me $150 with shipping. I'll sell it for $75.

I don't wish to harm or detract from your sale, but in what way is this #7 seat uncomfortable?
Your's is the wrong year model for me, but I've been interested in this seat type for my 2012.

Gav.

I thought I would be able to sit further back on it to get more leg room but it slopes forward and I always end up sliding forward.
I can't find a comfortable position.
Possibly someone could add padding or foam to reshape it but not something I want to get into.

Have you tried sitting on the rear portion of the seat? If you have long arms and legs it's actually not that bad - forces you to lean forward into a bit of a tuck like on a sport bike 8)

I've tried that but it seems I'm reaching too much for the handlebars.
I'll see if I get used to the stock sear after a few months.
If not I might take it to a local business that will customize the seat. They quoted me around $200.

I understand your pain and frustration, as I have to modify all my seats in order to get a "plain" seat without differentiation between the pilot and passenger areas. I modified mine so it's like that;

i have a 2016 PCX and the new design seat is worse than the 'old' model... IMO

anybody in the UK thats up for a comfortable seat - i have one for sale. it was fitted to my 2012 model, it was originally from Thailand i believe and it is very comfortable. no hump and its 'built' on the original pan.
