2013 PCX 150.
I'm 345lbs and I've heard that the stock shocks are nothing to write home about.
I'm here to try and gather a few suggestions for new rear shocks. Mainly all I've heard are YSS and NCY. Is NCY worth the $? Should I replace front ones as well? This is my first scooter/bike so I'm learning from scratch.
Thanks in advance,
Jacob

I like my NCY's. Tbh, as shocks go, they're priced just about right. Getting them set up takes a little bit, but once done, they are good.
I do not have the matching front forks as yet, but plan to get them once I have the extra cash.

I have heard that YSS has various types based on how much weight it will be carrying and how adjustable you want them.

Thanks for that. Are front forks just as important as the rear shocks? Also, is there a way to find when looking at shocks what the suggested weight limit is for them?

The NYC front forks are cosmetically a lot bling-er, but using the same stone age damper rod technology as the stock.
Generally on a scooter the rear has more weight distributed there, but raking care of the stock is quite important also.
For your weight I'd suggest an aftermarket spring, and a pair of cartridge emulators anytime over a bling fork lower tube.
as a matter of fact the brakes might be very happy about a healthy boost too - which can come in a form of fresh DOT4 fluid, sintered pads, stainless braided lines and brake disc upgrade.

Thank you. What are cartridge emulators? Lol
