Petrol tank fuel cap

Hi guys,
My pcx was recently stolen and then miraculously recovered by the Police. My local garage did the repairs to the ignition and steering column, but they didn't fix the flap that locks the fuel tank. So now I have only a metal screw cap covering the tank. From what I understand its quite a hassle to repair that flap as they would have to take the bike apart, which would cost too much.
I have been looking online for a metal cap with a lock, but have had no luck so far.
Have any of you had a similar issue or have any tips on what I can do to secure the tank?
Thanks
