Roller weights top speed is it real or imagination

I expect some blowback on this , but in theory how does roller weights affect top speed? I can see weights changing the rpm vs acceleration, but top end is top end. Ideally you would want your rpms to gradually increase to maximum power band /rpms/speed. I think HONDA has done that with their design and testing engineering. I believe roller weights can change acceleration and deceleration but once that belt is maxed so is your max speed. There is no more !! In fact a heavier weight should push the belt further out increasing top end speed if anything.I know my PCX tops out at 64mph with my body weight and that's due to a rev limiter kicking in.If I went with a lighter than stock weight set up then I would reach maximum RPMs sooner at a lower speed where my limiter would kick in, because rev limiter is based on RPM's I believe.I know many on here swear they have seen increases and I believe they have by going to lighter than stock weights , but can someone explain in engineering terms how this is possible ?inquiring minds want to know ???? LOL

by you you
Lighter weights improve your power to weight ratio.

one less cheeseburger improves your power to weight ratio as well !!
